"Contacting Support About a Return Email"
I reached out since I received a return email indicating my address was incorrect. It took a bit to connect with someone. My emails went unanswered, so I decided to call around October-November. When I finally got through, the person I spoke to seemed completely unaware of why I received that email, which is why I never got the mailing. Iâm not sure if this was crucial info, but honestly, my experience has been pretty average and not very engaging. I wonât be renewing next year, thatâs for sure.
